Kiosk Node by Elorca, is a device that has a screen and an input system. This can be used in various places for taking single click feedbacks using face recognition. Face recognition feature will ensure that the data coming from the feedback comes from a genuine customer and thus increasing it’s credibility. But this device at the billing counter of a mall or a hospital or a banquet hall will ensure that every passing person gives the feedback. And becuase it is single click feedback, all they need to do is press a button and feedback is sent. No long review forms, no questions, just a one click and the feedback is given.
